A: Dynamique is French for Dynamic. It is pronounced DE-NAM-EEK. Or, you can simply pronounce it as Dynamic—whichever you prefer!

Q: Where is Dynamique Tech located and will your consultants travel to my company?

A: We are located in the Cleveland metropolitan area of Ohio, however, all of our work is remote. We achieve this through remote access servers, instant messaging, emails, and phone or video calls. Under special circumstances, one of our lead consultants will travel to your place of business.

A: Microsoft Dynamics is a type of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software used for advanced business management.

Q: What is the difference between Microsoft Dynamics NAV and 365 Business Central?

A: Dynamics 365 Business Central is Microsoft’s newest version of NAV. Instead of being hosted in the servers in your company’s building, it’s hosted on the Cloud.

Q: Does Dynamique Tech also work with Dynamics CRM, AX, SL, or GP?

A: Yes, at this time we implement or troubleshoot CRM, AX, SL, or GP.

Q: How long does it take to install Microsoft Dynamics NAV/365 Business Central?

​

A: In the industry, this is what we call an “implementation.” A full-cycle implementation can take approximately one year to complete.

Q: Does Dynamique Tech troubleshoot or implement SAP (Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing)? 

​

A: No, we do not work with SAP. SAP is not a Microsoft ERP.

Q: What makes Dynamique Tech different?

​

A: We specialize in Pascal. In software engineering, it is preferable to address the root of the problem using the original programming language. For that reason, we avoid customizations that use external programming languages. 

Dynamique Tech was founded on the principles of the Pascal programming language because both C/AL (the language exclusive to NAV) and AL (the language exclusive to Dynamics 365 Business Central) are derived from Pascal. Simply said, C/AL and AL are versions of Pascal.
